🏠Hotels:
It is permitted to stay overnight on the premises the evening before. Overnight stays in the pits are also permitted.
Please note when organizing a tent: Under no circumstances may nails or other sharp objects be hammered into the asphalt on the entire area

💡Briefing:
The briefing takes place daily at 8:30 am in front of the registration box and is mandatory. If you do not attend the briefing, we may exclude you from the event and not allow you to start. We distribute briefing stickers sporadically at our events. Without the sticker you will not be allowed onto the course.
🏍️💥Exaust Noise:
The motorcycle volume in Rijeka is not limited.
⏱️Transponder:
Transponders for timekeeping will be handed out at registration. We recommend that you mount it at the front of the fork so that the transponder is not damaged in the event of a fall. the transponders are used exclusively for timekeeping to ensure optimum grouping and not for racing purposes. Entry to the course without a transponder is not permitted.
⛑️Protective clothing:
The participant is obliged to wear protective clothing in accordance with the regulations. This includes an undamaged full-face helmet, leather suit / textile suit with protectors, leather boots, leather gloves with protectors, back armor / back protector
If your protective clothing does not fit, we have the authority not to let you ride.
It should be in your own interest to protect yourself properly.
⚠️Technical regulations on the motorcycle:
Rear-view mirrors, cases and other protruding parts on the motorcycle must be removed by the participant before the start of the event.
Headlights, rear lights and brake lights must be covered over a large area with opaque adhesive tape or removed from the electronics. It is important that the brake lights are not visible. The noise level of the vehicle must not exceed the applicable limit for the race track.
🔧Tire service/motorcycle parts:
There is a tire service and a certain range of motorcycle parts on site. Our partner is also always present at our events. We recommend that you bring your own tires. We offer Dunlop tires on our homepage. However, tires must be ordered at least 2 weeks before the event so that they can be delivered safely before the event.
⛽️Gas station:
There is no gas station directly on the circuit. The nearest gas station is about 10 minutes away from the circuit.
🍽️Restaurant:
A restaurant is available. More information at the briefing.
☕️Coffee/Water:
Coffee, tea, mineral water and energy drinks are provided in our info box. We also offer a small selection of sweet pastries/fruit on site.
📸Photographer:
There will be an independent photographer on site. We will provide all participants with a start number so that the photographer can easily assign the pictures to the participants. The pictures can be purchased on site or online.
🏥Accident insurance:
Please clarify whether you will receive any wage reductions as a result of an accident. As driving on a racetrack is a high-risk sport, accidents resulting in loss of working hours can lead to wage reductions. To prevent this from happening to you, we recommend that you check this as a matter of priority.
